Peoples Music Store gives you real "Props"

Buying music online can be daunting with the amount of stores to buy from and all the crap you have to go through to find "the good stuff".

A site run by 1 half of the Deadbeats, peoplesmusicstore.com allows YOU to set up your own record shop. (like the one below Morning Steppa's Crate)

When a purchase is made from your store Peoples Music Store rewards you points which you can redeem for more music, which sounds fair because it's what I'd spend $ on anyway. (Instead of just giving you "props" like Blip.fm.)

I'm always on the hunt for beautiful obscurity and was happy to see there was no real commercial sh#!! making this a great tool for indie labels and music fanatics like me to distribute the "goodness" to folks with less digging time.

So take a browse through my crate ... and help the crate get bigger!

I've recently connected my Blip account to update my Twitter status with a link to listen to a track I've selected (like a DJ). If you like it you can purchase via the BUY MP3 or GET RING TONE links ... nice!!!

Twitter then distributes these links to my Facebook status. (should we be getting distribution fee?? Ha! ... no really?)

The music data base needs working (for the more obscure), though I've found some DOPE tunes on there so far!

One of my fav duo's from Germany Boozoo Bajou (Florian Seyberth, Peter Heider) release their 3rd LP GRAINS (feb 09 / !k7). Layered swampy dub grooves, heavily influenced by American Blues, (and Folk on this particular one)

They have crafted a noticable sound to my ear, first catching my attention while vacuuming a music store floor. SATTA (released 2001 / stereo deluxe) is still on my top shelf!!!
GET IT! vinyl prefered.
